This project involved a complete rebuild and renovation, incorporating a comprehensive structural steel package, new flooring and a redesigned roof. We installed sleek aluminium windows and updated all services, achieving a high-end finish both inside and outside. The interior was enhanced with custom-made furniture and elegant oak details.

The location’s proximity to the water posed challenges, necessitating careful scheduling of deliveries and works to accommodate the tides. Despite these obstacles, the project was successfully executed, resulting in a stunning outcome.
