Under our previous company this 6 month project in Horndean Hampshire was to convert a small dated bungalow into a large modern family home increasing the size by over 60%.

Fully removing the roof and large number of internal walls, we started with a large rear extension and all the new steel work. Then a cut and pitched roof was formed to begin inside.

Inside was a full refurbishment, new heating system, fully required and finished throughout to a high standard including 4 bathrooms and a large bespoke kitchen.

Some challenges along the way with drainage and weather conditions but the project was handed over on time and the client happy to reference.
