Belgrave Construction was born from a passion for high end design, build and refurbishment.

Residential

We have vast experience and expertise in New build and refurbishment of all types of residential properties, Country houses, mansions, town houses and family homes both modern and traditional. We carry out all types and size of residential projects and have a large portfolio. We ensure we build a dream home to the highest of standards.

Design & Planning

Here at Belgrave Construction we realise that your project could be something you have always dreamed of and we are more than happy to be involved from the start. We work in partnership with architects and designers who can take your ideas through to full planning with our assistance along the way. We will take care of all building control submissions and matters along the way with our carefully selected partners who we have long serving working relationships with.

Commercial & Leisure

We have many years of experience in the commercial and leisure sector with a large portfolio of Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants and office blocks. We have built New build pubs and managed full hotel refurbishments, all are included in our portfolio of past projects working with private clients. We have worked for and managed projects for 3 large property estates in central London handing over many projects across W1 and Chelsea, varying from hotels, shops, houses and offices, all happy to reference.

Small Works

We know that not all projects are large and the client still requires a trusted company to produce a quality job. We can remove walls, install patios, driveways and landscaping, supply and install kitchens and bathrooms or refurbish small rental portfolio properties. Our core values do not change and we are more than happy to assist you in the same manner as our larger projects. We work in partnership with a bespoke joinery company and can assist with any joinery needs also.

Quality is our core objective at Belgrave Construction with all of our projects. All aspects of a build are subject to our thorough quality control processes, not only is building control sign of enforced regularly as required, we also have our in house quality sign off that’s undertaken at all phases by our directors.

Post Construction

We understand that handover is not the end of the contract or obligations with any size project. Aftercare is too often overlooked by many but we know how important this is. We ensure the process of 12 months defects rectification is undertaken in a planned and efficient manner. Once our formal contract has come to an end, a date for inspection will be booked and all defects seen to giving you piece of mind before the retention payment is released.

HISTORY OF BELGRAVE

Belgrave Construction Ltd was formed after the directors 18 + year’s experience in the building industry. With years of experience running their own construction company, still trading successfully today and also running a large building company in London looking after large estates with projects values between 300k and 6 million, they decided to bridge the gap with Belgrave Construction Ltd. A passion for high end design, build and refurbishment.
