‘This large office and warehouse refurbishment project in Segensworth, south Hampshire was commissioned to Belgrave Construction Ltd in January 2020. The site comprised of a completely derelict and condemned unit with extensive warehousing and exterior yard. Timescales were tight with a large global company waiting to trade from there allowing just twelve weeks from commencement to completion.

The offices were completed within the first seven weeks whilst the yard and warehousing was executed and completed simultaneously between week six and week twelve.
